Awful.

Not only is this book terribly overpriced, it's not even a book. It's a bunch of super-thin paper that you're supposed to put in a binder for 'ease of use.' A binder is not easy for me to carry back and forth to work-- a book is. Additionally, the definitions of basic terms are so convoluted that it leaves them unrecognisable. Exams in my class based on this book's content are very difficult. While the leadership evaluations are interesting, there are most certainly better OB books out there, and I wish my professor had selected one of those.

Couldn't give me a free binder for the high price?

Book itself is great - Pretty stupid that it is a loose paper and no binding. The paper is even cheap but yet they charge the same price as a regular book. RIP OFF

Good for basic knowledge, bad for focus.

Purchased this book for class. It is a great foundations book for those unfamiliar with OB. It is full of typos which cause me to lose focus often.
